Vgr Silks strives to provide timely delivery of your order with good quality packaging. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & public holidays. In order to guarantee a prompt and secure delivery of your order, we ship through reputed courier companies only.

How long do we take to dispatch your order?

We ship throughout India and to multiple locations outside India. After an order has been placed, your saree will undergo a special polishing process to ensure it is of utmost quality before we ship it out. Orders that include customizations, such as tassels, fall, pico, and other modifications, may require additional processing time. This may extend the overall delivery timeline beyond the standard 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping within India

Shipping within India takes roughly around 3 - 6 working days.

International Shipping

International shipping takes around 5 - 10 working days depending on the location. While we strive to adhere to our delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or issues faced by our delivery partners may cause delays. We cannot assume responsibility for these delays. We do not accept the risk or provide refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including those from our delivery partners.

What are the shipping charges?

Vgr Silks offers 'Free Shipping' on all merchandise for shipping within India. For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. The customer will have to pay import customs duty, if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to both domestic and international locations outside India.

What if you receive the product in damaged condition?

To ensure the highest satisfaction and to maintain quality assurance, we kindly ask you to record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing your package. This process helps us verify the condition of the item at the time of arrival, ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition. If you happen to find any damages while unboxing, please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 9845895370 mentioning your Order ID and a picture or video of the damaged product. We will personally ensure a return is arranged and a refund is issued with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

Under what circumstances can an order or shipment be cancelled?

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, phone number, or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you. Kindly note that the above delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
